These Terms govern your use of Contractor360, a product of NoorVerse Connect LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Contractor360 is software that helps contracting businesses manage leads, estimates, customer approvals, jobs, crews, change orders, invoices, deposits, payments and closeout. It is an operational record-keeping tool.
What the Service is not
- It does not certify building safety, permits, engineering or code compliance.
- A customer's approval recorded in the Service is a record of agreement with a timestamp and version — it is not a legally binding electronic signature unless you use a separate, appropriate e-signature process.
- We are not a bank or payment processor and do not hold your funds. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider under their terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your users, keeping credentials secure, and the accuracy of the information you enter. You must have the right to store any customer information you put into the Service.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other businesses' data, and no interference with the Service's operation.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans, trials and billing terms will be described at sign-up. Fees for the subscription are separate from any amounts your own customers pay you through the payment provider.
Your data
You keep ownership of the information you put into the Service. You can request export or deletion. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Service is limited. Specific limits and any dispute-resolution terms will be finalized before launch.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
