This Privacy Policy explains how Contractor360, a product of NoorVerse Connect LLC ("we", "us"), handles information when you use our website, apps and services (the "Service"). Contractor360 is business software used by contracting companies to run their operations.
Who controls the data
When a contracting business uses Contractor360 to manage its own customers, estimates, jobs and payments, that business is the controller of the information it puts into the Service, and we process it on their behalf. For our website and account sign-up, we act as the controller.
Information we handle
- Account information — name, email and sign-in credentials for the people who use the Service.
- Business and customer records you enter — customers, leads, estimates, jobs, change orders, invoices and related notes that a business chooses to store.
- Job photos and documents — images and files uploaded to document work.
- Messages — in-app messages between a business and its customers.
- Payment information — payments and deposits are handled by a third-party payment provider. We receive payment status and limited details; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device data — basic technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, secure and support the Service.
- To process approvals, invoices and payments through our providers.
- To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
- To meet legal and compliance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting and payment processing), and where required by law. A customer's records are only visible to the business that owns them and to the people that business authorizes — and, through a scoped portal, to that customer for their own project.
Data isolation
Each business's data is separated from other businesses on the platform, and each customer portal is scoped to that one customer's own records.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account — see Delete your account.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your information. To make a request, contact us at support@contractor360.us.
Children
Contractor360 is business software and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
